Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
