Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help people grow, learn, and live well, building meaningful relationships.
• Develop trust with participants and support their independence.
• Assist with personal hygiene and monitor safety in daily activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Collaborate with the care team to provide person-centered services.
