Qualifications

• Associates degree prefered or high-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Academic studies in psychology, sociology, social work or education are highly desirable.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment for clients while improving functioning.
• Provide client documentation including shift reports and progress notes.
• Facilitate proper medical care including medication administration.
• Assist clients in daily living activities including health and personal management.
