Job summary

This role focuses on providing support, supervision, and person-centered services tailored to each person’s plans and goals.

The position emphasizes safety, respectful care, and documentation, with an emphasis on maintaining a positive environment.

Qualifications

Must possess basic computer skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required by work location.
Minimum one year of experience in human service field if required by work location.

Responsibilities

Identify and report any suspected abuse or violations of an individual’s rights.
Provide support, assistance and supervision to meet individual goals.
Ensure training, behavior and support programs are implemented and documented as required by regulations.
Protect the health, safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
Create a positive environment that promotes independence and choice.
Follow positioning schedules and use equipment per plan.
Assist with diet, textures and equipment as needed.
Maintain and organize homes, outside areas and vehicles.
Perform other duties as assigned.
