Job summary

Sunrise Community, Inc. is seeking Direct Support professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings. The role focuses on supporting independence, safety, and choice in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Background and drug screenings are required before employment.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with necessary endorsements and have 3 years of driving experience.
• Basic computer skills are required for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and reports any suspected abuse or violations of an individual’s rights.
• Provides support and supervision to meet individuals’ needs according to their plans.
• Ensures health, safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Maintains documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
