Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and those facing mental health or substance use challenges. The DSP will assist individuals in identifying needs, implementing services, and fostering independence while maintaining confidentiality and ethical care standards.

Shifts include 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am with pay of $16.50 per hour, reflecting a hands-on, community-based support

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dedicated to person-centered support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster independence while providing necessary support.
• Knowledge of disability rights, self-advocacy, and community integration principles.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow regulatory guidelines.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; able to complete pre-employment screening.

• Advocate for individuals’ human, legal, and civil rights.
• Promote health and safety and support wellness initiatives.
