Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) full-time, Tue–Sat, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. You’ll provide personalized support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them engage in the community, express needs, and follow person-centered plans under supervision to ensure high-quality care and advocacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pass pre-employment screening.
• Compassionate, patient, and person-centered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster independence with support.
• Knowledge of disability rights and community integration.
• Ability to maintain accurate records per regulations.

Responsibilities
