You will advocate for rights, promote wellness, and help with independent living skills, daily activities, transportation, and community engagement.

We offer pay at $15/hour, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and benefits for eligible employees.

• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of provided services.
