Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pre-employment screening including background checks, OIG exclusions database checks, and drug testing.

• Assist individuals in identifying needs and requesting services.
• Promote wellness and educate on healthy living practices.
• Foster self-advocacy and support informed decision-making.
• Accompany individuals to community activities to enhance social engagement.
• Develop independent living skills and daily living tasks.

• Support living arrangements, employment, and social relationships according to preferences.
• Assist with personal care and household tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
