Job summary

Out of the Box Solutions, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work one-on-one with individuals with ID/DD, supporting daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals with respect and empowerment. The role emphasizes consistent one-on-one engagement and a flexible schedule.

The position offers opportunities to help clients live more independently, with duties ranging from routine support to documentation and family communication.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required
• Must pass all state-required background checks and ODDS employment eligibility requirements
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client)
• Help clients get into the community and stay engaged
• Follow care plans and goals
• Communicate with families and your team
• Complete notes and documentation
• Ensure safety and well-being at all times

Education
