Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but not required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals in home, community, and program settings.
• Assist with daily living activities such as routines, social skills, and life skills development.
