Job summary

Goodwill of the Heartland is looking for a Supported Community Living Associate to build relationships with program participants and assess their needs. This role involves monitoring treatment progress, managing case notes, and ensuring service efficiency while providing necessary transportation.

The position requires a high school diploma and six months of relevant experience, with a competitive salary of $16.78 per hour and a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in training and/or rehabilitation required.
• Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience requirement.
• Reliable vehicle and valid Iowa driver’s license are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients.
• Identify treatment and service needs of each individual served.
• Monitor and evaluate progress of the treatment plan.
• Provide transportation to participants as needed.
