Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, meals, and social engagement, plus collaborating with branch leadership when needs change. CPR/First Aid and a valid CNA license are required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal skills for effective communication.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including ADLs, meal service, and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Knowledge of care for residents with dementia.
