Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a part-time DSP Activities Specialist in Worcester, MA. The role includes supporting individuals with daily living activities, developing engaging programs, and collaborating on behavior plans to promote independence and community integration.

Typical shift is Monday through Friday, 8am-2pm, with a pay rate of $20.50/hour. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, along with 1–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or class D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support personal care needs: assist individuals with dining, toileting, and transfers with dignity.
• Develop and lead individual and group activities to promote skill development, independence, and community integration.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to create and implement behavior plans for each individual.
• Assist with transportation to activities and appointments as needed.
• Evaluate and document progress through satisfaction surveys and ISPs.
