Job summary

The Learning Community in Central Falls, Rhode Island is seeking a collaborative 4th Grade Teacher. You will plan and implement rigorous ELA/math/SEL lessons, review data with peers, and maintain strong family communication to support student growth.

Qualifications

• Certification in Rhode Island or eligibility for certification.
• U.S. citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
• Strong classroom communication with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in ELA, math, and SEL.
• Review student data with colleagues to inform instruction.
• Complete administrative tasks like assessments and attendance.
• Build relationships with families through regular updates.
• Participate in school-wide events and ongoing professional development.
• Meet with coach/director to receive feedback and improve practice.
• Support student success with other duties as needed ( ≤5%).
