• Establish classroom policies and supervise student conduct; provide guidance and discipline.
• Confers with students, parents/guardians, and staff to support achievement and evaluate progress.
• Set classroom goals and report progress to parents/guardians.
• Collect and interpret data; generate reports for administration.
• Direct activities of assigned non-certificated personnel.
• Attend required staff meetings and district activities for professional development.
