Responsibilities

• Foster a positive learning environment and plan lessons for 1st grade and Kindergarten.
• Utilize instructional methods aligned with curriculum objectives and attend ongoing professional development.
• Establish classroom policies and manage behavior to support achievement.
• Consult with students, families, and staff to support student growth.
• Set goals, assess progress, and prepare parent reports.
• Collect and interpret data for administrative reporting.
• Supervise non-certificated staff as needed.
• Attend required meetings to support school goals.
