The role emphasizes documenting progress, collaborating with families and staff, and maintaining a safe learning environment. CPR/First Aid and background checks are required or obtainable within the first year.

Competenze

• CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within first year).
• Background checks and physical exam required for the role.
• CDA credential or enrollment in coursework on track for completion within one year of hire or degree in Early Childhood Education with relevant credits.
