Acelero Learning Williston is seeking a Preschool Assistant Teacher to support 3- to 5-year-olds in our Head Start program, delivering developmentally appropriate instruction in an inclusive, nurturing setting. You will work with a Preschool Teacher, families, and a team to promote school readiness and holistic growth.

Responsibilities include building strong teacher‑child relationships using the CLASS framework, observing progress, adapting strategies, and partnering with families for learning

Competenze

• Passion for working with young children and supporting their social, emotional, and academic growth in an inclusive, nurturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.
• A degree in Early Childhood Education – or a degree in another field with at least six courses in Early Childhood Education.
• Hands-on experience teaching preschool-aged children, with the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse developmental needs.
