Baron Education/DriveSafe Driving Schools is seeking Behind-the-Wheel Instructors at our Highlands Ranch, CO locations. In this role, you will coach students on driving laws and safe skills in a company vehicle, guiding them through hands-on lessons and licensing preparation.

You’ll work part-time to full-time hours with flexible afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts. Excellent communication, mentoring ability, and reliability are essential for helping students become confident, safe drivers.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Colorado Driver's License with clean driving history.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Demonstrated teaching or mentoring abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in a company provided vehicle using the DriveSafe System.
• Build student confidence and practical driving skills in varied conditions.
• Record student progress on DriveSafe materials and state compliance forms.
• Provide feedback to students and families to enhance learning.
• Clean and service the DriveSafe vehicle at the end of each shift.
• Submit scheduling availability and timekeeping information according to policies.
