Job summary

DriveSafe Driving Schools in Denver, CO, is hiring Behind-the-Wheel Instructors. In this role you will teach students in our vehicles, build confidence, and document progress using the DriveSafe system.

Responsibilities include feedback to families, vehicle maintenance after shifts, and adhering to scheduling and timekeeping policies. The position supports part-time and full-time hours, with a flexible afternoon/evening schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Colorado Driver's License required.
• Safe driving history; MVR check reviewed.
• Criminal background check required.
• Demonstrated teaching or mentoring abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and adaptability with digital tools.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in a company vehicle using the DriveSafe system.
• Build student confidence and driving skills in various conditions.
• Accurately note student progress on DriveSafe materials and forms.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and families.
• Clean and service the DriveSafe vehicle after each shift.
• Submit scheduling availability and timekeeping per policies.
