DriveSafe Driving Schools seeks Behind-the-Wheel Instructors in Longmont, CO. You will coach students on driving laws and safe techniques in a company vehicle, delivering one-on-one lessons and ensuring a smooth licensing process.

The role emphasizes building confidence, adapting to environments, and documenting progress. Part-time and seasonal scheduling are available with flexible afternoons, evenings, and weekends, supporting student schedules and school breaks.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years or older.
• Colorado Driver's License required.
• Safe driving history; MVR check reviewed.
• Criminal background check required.
• Demonstrated teaching or mentoring abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy; comfortable with digital tools.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in a company-provided vehicle using the DriveSafe system.
• Build student confidence and practical driving skills in various conditions.
• Record student progress on DriveSafe materials and forms.
• Provide feedback to students and families to enhance learning.
• Clean and service DriveSafe vehicle at end of shift.
• Submit scheduling availability and timekeeping per policy.
