Who We Are Looking For

The Empower Support Associate is a member of the Empower Help Desk support team providing Tier I support to Production / Operations team members. You will support customers facing issues with loan products, Empower loan-level issues, or services, including answering questions, troubleshooting, and resolving complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience. You will assist team members with Empower loan-related issues and escalate complex issues to the Product team.

Must possess sound customer service skills, a positive attitude, technical savvy, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Availability for weekend rotation is required:

  • 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (central) on weekdays
  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (central) on Saturday
  • Noon to 6:00 pm (central) on Sunday
Key Responsibilities
  • Address email and calls from Production / Operations team members regarding loan issues, providing resolutions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by communicating progress and solutions.
  • Research and resolve loan level inquiries.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks daily
  • Experience with Empower is a plus
