About the Role
As a Client Support Associate, you’ll be on the front lines of the SMArtX experience—helping clients resolve inquiries, navigate our platform, and execute investment transactions. You’ll serve as a brand ambassador, acting as the voice of our clients within the organization. Working closely with teams across operations, product, and technology, you’ll play a critical role in continuously enhancing the client experience.
