Qualifications

• Knowledge of IEPs and how to implement them effectively.
• Expertise in de-escalation techniques and handling challenging behaviors.
• Ability to effectively communicate with parents and school personnel at all levels.
• Ability to develop and maintain cooperative professional relationships.

• Demonstrates knowledge of related subject matter, instructional skills, and resource materials.
• Utilizes a variety of effective instructional and management techniques.
• Develops IEP goals and instructional plans aligned with student needs.
• Collaborates with parents, staff, and related services.
• Maintains student records related to achievement, attendance and discipline.
• Establishes positive classroom and campus management in line with policies.
