Cera Care is hiring a Reablement Support Worker to join our South East Essex team. This full-time role focuses on helping people regain independence after hospital stays, with compassion and patience at the core of care.

You'll work with the reablement team to support rehabilitation after illness or surgery, enabling clients to leave hospital safely and regain confidence, while receiving training and development opportunities through the Cera Academy.
