Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to act as an ambassador for the brand and extend the team in the community. You will lead introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow carers to monitor care quality.

With a strong focus on field work (75–95%), you will also handle administrative tasks in the office. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality, technology-enabled home care across communities.

Qualifications

• Fully flexible, able to adapt to field-based supervision roles.
• Excellent knowledge of the care sector.
• Organised and reliable, with strong time management.
• NVQ desirable and in-house training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers on an ongoing basis to ensure quality of care.
• Ensure customer requirements are met and care plans followed.
• Oversee care plans and reviews; conduct MAR chart and log book audits.
• Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities.

Salary:£25,880 per annum

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You'll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care in terms of quality. It will involve 75/95% of time out in the field and 25/5% in the office for administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the ongoing supervision on carers
• Ensuring customers' requirements are met
• Ensure your team are skilled and able to deliver a safe quality of care
• Complete meet & greet of all new packages
• Local knowledge of area
• Complete care plans and reviews of them
• Audits of MAR charts and Log books
• Complete carer spot checks and field supervisions
• Conducting Carer Interviews and supporting with compliance
• Attend provider meetings and support with business opportunities
• Hands on carer
• Take part in Out of hours on call
• Engage in team meetings
