Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a School-Based Mental Health Therapist to support elementary students within the CSBBH Program at West Snyder Elementary School in Middleburg, PA. The role focuses on delivering individual and family therapy in a school setting, coordinating with families and educators, and applying trauma-informed approaches to promote student well-being.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field or related area.
• Licensed, license-eligible, or qualified Mental Health Clinician under Pennsylvania regulations.
• Experience in behavioral health settings with children/families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy to elementary-age students.
• Conduct family therapy and parent meetings as clinically appropriate.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school staff.
• Maintain EMR documentation within required timelines.
