Therapitas in Oklahoma City is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children across Oklahoma, helping them build communication and daily living skills. Training will be provided to achieve RBT certification.

You’ll collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized ABA programs, track progress, celebrate small breakthroughs, and support families in a compassionate, hands-on role.

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem—training to become an RBT will be provided.
• Transferable caregiving/education-related experience is welcomed but not required.
• Interest in psychology or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with neurodivergent kids in practical play and learning activities.
• Apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach real-life skills.
• Follow individualized programs created by BCBAs and monitor progress.
• Celebrate each child’s wins and progress.
