Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and Early Childhood Education certification is a plus.
• Previous experience with children is valued.
• Willingness to complete mandated reporter training, physical, and TB test.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Assist with feeding, diapering, and toileting.
• Maintain open communication with parents.
