An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Employment and Training Case Manager to support veterans in their reintegration into the workforce. This remote position, based in Helena, involves conducting assessments, providing career counseling, and facilitating outreach to connect with homeless and at-risk veterans. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with local employers and community resources to ensure veterans receive the support they need. We are seeking to fill the Employment and Training Case Manager position and add valuable members to our team to accomplish our mission!
Employment & Training Case Managers reintegrate homeless and at-risk veterans into meaningful employment as well as addressing the complex barriers they are facing. This team member will be responsible for client assessments, career/employment training/counseling/advocacy, outreaching to locate homeless/at-risk veterans, attending networking events and career/employment fairs, and establishing/maintaining positive professional relationships with local employers. This individual will be supporting the approach of meeting the veteran "where they are at."
This position will be a remote position based in Helena as this case manager will serve clients throughout the Helena area, thus will need to travel in the local area.
