Hiring Range: $20.39 - $22.29

Position Summary:

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch is seeking Targeted Case Managers to manage all aspects of a youth’s case while providing community resources to support youth and families. This role involves wrap-around support for families and collaboration with current and prospective services to meet complex needs.

Starting Salary Range:

$20.39 - $22.29 per hour, based on education and experience. The salary reflects steps 1-5 of an 11-step pay schedule.

Responsibilities:
  1. Advocate and support youth and families in obtaining services, creating and monitoring service plans.
  2. Maintain contact with service providers to meet the needs of youth and families.
  3. Research community services to identify best options for youth and families.
  4. Collaborate with youth, families, and professionals to develop treatment plans and lead team meetings.
  5. Complete and maintain documentation per organizational and accreditation standards.
  6. Ensure accuracy of paperwork, including progress notes and intake forms, while supporting program quality and financial viability.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Pass criminal and child abuse background checks as per Montana regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, or equivalent experience.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to build rapport with youth and families, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience working in various settings (school, home, community).
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic documentation, with familiarity in Microsoft Office a plus.
  • Sound judgment, self-motivation, and ethical decision-making.
  • Values alignment with faith, integrity, relationships, and stewardship.
