Responsibilities

• Conduct Situational Assessment.
• Provide job development services by helping consumers secure employment, including resume writing, applications, interview prep, and employer follow-up.
• Support with job placement and training via one-to-one coaching to help learn the job.
• Provide Follow-Along services with ongoing contact post-placement to assess performance and needed training or support.
• Assist students with disabilities (Pre-Employment Transition Services) with employment services and skill-building for employment.
