Job summary

Work Opportunities Unlimited (WOU) is an employee-owned organization helping people with diverse skills and abilities find meaningful employment since 1982. As an Employment Specialist you will help individuals find meaningful employment and support them through interviews, resumes, and applications.

A typical day includes transporting clients, coaching at job sites, and developing career goals while engaging with local businesses to create opportunities. Competitive pay with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and comfortable traveling within your local community
• Monday – Friday, daytime business hours (minimum 20 hours for part-time)
• Comfortable using MS Office, documenting notes in an electronic system, and accessing apps on a mobile device

• Engaging with local businesses to develop potential job opportunities
• Coaching and guiding individuals at their job sites
