Job summary

Road To Responsibility Inc. in Marshfield, MA is seeking a dedicated employment services coordinator to plan and implement strategies that maximize readiness for community-based work.

You will support individuals through transitions from CBDS to supported employment and provide counseling to clients and families. You will also collaborate with the program director, prepare service plans and progress notes, and coordinate with host companies to ensure successful on-the-job training and safety

Qualifications

• Must have 2-4 years related experience or training in employment services or supported employment.
• Valid driver’s license required to provide transportation to host companies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and internet research is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate employment services for assigned caseload and referrals.
• Develop strategies to transition individuals from CBDS to supported/community-based employment.
• Provide employment counseling to individuals and families and maintain progress notes.
• Attend meetings and participate in agency-wide task forces and program planning.
• Prepare Individual Service Plans, assessments, and objectives for annual reviews with data collection.
