RISE Services, Inc. seeks Employment Mentors to provide individualized on-the-job training and support to clients, including skill development, task analysis, and reasonable accommodations at work sites. Mentors advocate for clients on-site and document progress, with a focus on autonomy and accurate time/mileage logs.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Must pass a background check.

Our Employment Mentors act as an advocate for our individuals on the job site.Additionally, Employment Mentors will document their client's daily progress and conduct periodic evaluations to ensure clients are meeting their goals.
