Job summary

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in employment litigation with first-chair trial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and charges.
• Advise, counsel and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court/arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations.
• Handle matters including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and non-compete cases.
