Qualifications

• JD from accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials.
• 9+ years of experience in employment litigation with significant first-chair experience.
• CA Bar admission in good standing.
• Supervisory experience over associates and paralegal work.
• Strong written and oral communication, organization, time management, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate employment-related lawsuits and agency charges.
• Advise and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, and mediations, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, and contracts.
• Lead and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals on litigation matters.
