Qualifications

• Required experience includes employment law litigation, with emphasis on single-plaintiff, complex and/or class and collective action matters, along with work on advice and counsel, administrative charges, policy reviews, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and counsel to employers on employment law matters.
• Handle single-plaintiff, complex, and/or class and/or collective action litigation and proceedings on behalf of employers.
• Engage in wage-hour matters, discovery, depositions, and court proceedings; assist with investigations as needed.
