This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong wage & hour and employment class action experience who wants to work remotely while handling sophisticated litigation matters with an experienced team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle wage & hour and employment-related class and collective actions
• Develop litigation strategy and manage complex employment matters
• Conduct legal research, discovery, motion practice and other litigation activities
• Work closely with experienced attorneys on high-impact cases
• Represent employees in complex employment litigation matters

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Strong experience with wage & hour and employment-related class actions
• Experience handling complex employment litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $200K - $225K. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

In addition to base salary, the position offers a discretionary bonus of approximately $30,000–$50,000 or more, based on applicable factors.
