The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation experience (employment law preferred), strong research and drafting skills, discovery experience, and excellent oral advocacy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably with employment law experience.
• Strong research skills for complex legal information.
• Proficient in drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Experience in discovery requests and responses.
• Litigation in court with excellent oral advocacy.
• Excellent writing and persuasive legal documents.
• Familiarity with legal procedures and Westlaw.
• Strong negotiation and independent collaboration skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Litigate cases in court and present arguments and evidence.
• Negotiate settlements and plea agreements with opposing counsel.
