Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in employment litigation or related field.
• Barred in state.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Experience in employment and/or restrictive covenants/trade secrets law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings
• Draft and argue motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with partners on various cases
• Engage in pro-bono work as part of billable hour requirements
