• J.D. from an accredited law school and active NY bar admission.
• Approximately 2+ years of employment litigation or related civil litigation experience.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in federal/state court litigation, admin proceedings, arbitration, and related forums.
• Handle discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage/hour, and termination claims.
• Perform legal research, analyze statutes and case law, and draft memoranda and briefs.
• Prepare motions, discovery submissions, and other litigation documents.
• Advise employer clients on risks and dispute prevention.
• Manage assigned matters with supervision, coordinating discovery and deadlines.
