Attorney with 3-5 years of employment litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in civil rights issues.
Attorneys are expected to perform a minimum of 35 billable hours per week, which can include up to 3 hours of administrative time for CLEs, mentoring time that is not case-specific, and other opportunities to get involved in management of the firm. Each attorney is responsible for handling multiple cases at once and managing deadlines, both independently and collaboratively with other attorneys and/or support staff.
Salary base range for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience: $110,000 - $130,000.
