Whitemore James Black is a legal staffing firm currently assisting a prestigious mid-sized firm in their search for an employment litigation attorney to join on a temporary, long-term basis. The roles are primarily remote, with occasional in-office meetings depending on case needs. An active CA bar license in good standing is required.

The ideal candidates will have 2+ years of substantive litigation experience. Responsibilities include:

1. Legal research
2. Drafting pretrial motions
3. Trial preparation
4. Discovery requests and responses
5. Possible court appearances

The hourly pay rate is expected to be $100 to $150 per hour, DOE. Attorneys will be paid for all hours worked, including administrative time. These roles are eligible for overtime. Part-time availability candidates are encouraged to apply.
