Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- 1-10+ years of experience in employment litigation or relevant legal experience.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in employment litigation from pre-trial to post-trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
- Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law matters.
