Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of employment litigation experience, familiarity with FEHA and wage/hour claims, and strong research and writing abilities. In-person, full-time role with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience taking and defending depositions preferred.
• Strong research and persuasive writing skills.
• Excellent client communications and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of employment cases from pre-litigation through settlement.
• Take and defend depositions (experience strongly preferred).
• Research and write motions, briefs, and correspondence.
• Regularly communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel.
• Coordinate with team to keep matters moving efficiently.
