Job summary

JLG Lawyers, a California employer-focused firm in Glendale, is seeking an Associate Attorney to lead employment litigation matters. You will manage cases from pre-litigation through settlement, conduct depositions, and draft persuasive motions and briefs.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of employment litigation experience, familiarity with FEHA and wage/hour claims, and strong research and writing abilities. In-person, full-time role with a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Compensation and benefits

• $180,000 to $230,000 per year, based on experience

What you’ll do

What you bring

• Ideally 4 or more years of employment litigation experience
• Experience with wrongful termination, FEHA, labor code violations, PAGA, and wage and hour claims
• Knowledge of California Civil Procedure and local court rules
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong organization, time management, and a self-starter mindset
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
