Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in employment litigation.
• MUST be licensed in California.
• Strong writing and research skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research on various employment law issues to support cases.
• Analyzing statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal sources.
• Drafting legal documents such as complaints, answers, motions, and briefs.
• Maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients.
• Assisting senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation.
