Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work on pre-litigation matters, high-profile single plaintiff cases, systemic discrimination and wage/hour class actions, and PAGA actions.
• Respond to administrative charges.
• Counsel clients on a wide variety of employment issues and manage complex matters.
• Handle depositions, court appearances, and mediations; take on significant responsibility.
• Work independently as well as in a team and contribute to cutting-edge employment law matters.
